Taylor the Latte Boy Storyboard Reel (13 mb) Sept. 2005 -    present

The rough reel for a personal project of mine to explore more storyboarding experience. Based upon Kristin Chenoweth's brilliant song, our heroine tries to take every opportunity to talk to her coffee crush, Taylor. However passionate she may be in proclaiming her love, Kristin still has to overcome her shyness as well as her awkward behavior.

This is still in its rough-draft form. Though it is the main idea of what I am trying to accomplish, there are still some angles and cuts that I'd like to edit.

The Red Ribbon (13 mb) Sept. 2004 - May 2005

My senior project pencil test. This short film is still a work-in- progress, but has colored backgrounds and special effects dispersed throughout to give the idea of what it would look like when it is done. Plans for film completion have been put on hold for the moment, but someday, I would like to see this finished.

Le Saphir Interdit March 2005

A team collaboration for a 24-hour film festival contest. Our team was given a genre and a subject to incorporate into our short. The film could be either live action or animation. Our genre (romance) and subject (an unwanted gift) portrayed two star-crossed lovers that simply asked the question: What would happen if a pirate and a ninja fell in love?

Our film won the animation division of the Guerilla Film Festival in March 2005, despite its being an unfinished work. Plans for polishing the short are unknown at the moment, as other members of the team are busy with employment or other projects. My contribution includes UPS Guy's design, background design of ship and museum, and panning animation of the ship.

Colored Centaur Run Cycle (231 kb) Feb. 2005

A simple run cycle for a character from an original screenplay I have been working on. I was challenged in combining the horse body with the human torso and determine how to make the two work together. First hand drawn, then scanned into the computer and colored in Illustrator, then animated in Flash.
